Create a Signature in Outlook.com Using Rich HTML
Rich HTML signatures in Outlook.com can be created without any HTML coding knowledge. In order to add a signature to your outgoing email messages:

Access Settings (the gear icon).

The inbox of Outlook.com is seen.
Select View every setting for Outlook.

Enter your email signature text in the corresponding text field.

In Outlook.com, you may add text and images to an email signature.
To alter typefaces, add a font color, align paragraphs, insert links, and add photos, use the formatting toolbar's features.

Select the Automatically include my signature on new communications that I compose check box to add the signature to each new email message (recommended).

Select the Automatically include my signature on communications I forward or reply to check box to include your signature on messages you forward or reply to.

You can manually add a signature to a message before you send it if you prefer not to have it added automatically to new messages.

Close the Settings dialog box after selecting Save.

Select New message to try out your new signature.
