Managing Countries on Android

Are there any countries that devs here don't tend to release in? If so, for what reason?

e.g. Casino apps in South Korea : you need to request a GRAC rating certificate before you can release your app. I'm tempted to just not bother releasing there.

e.g.2 Japan: Beginning October 1, 2015, you will be responsible for determining and charging Japanese Consumption Tax for Google Play app sales to customers in Japan.

Any thoughts?

You shouldn't have casino in these countries or you might get a warning/ban from Google/Apple:

Algeria
Iran
Jordan
Libya
Oman
Qatar
Saudi Arabia
Syria
Tunisia
United Arab Emirates
Palestine
Yeman
Cuba
South Korea
Sudan

There might be more, and it doesn't just affect simulated gambling, anything that might be considered aged 18 here is banned there too.
