Multiple projects open at once?

Is there a way to have more than one project open at once in Gideros Studio?

I'm working on a new project and have an older project that I would like to be able to easily look back at while I'm starting off on this one, but whenever I open a project it closes out the other.

I could use some text editor to open the old project, but it would be convenient if there is a way to do this.

  • Did you try opening 2 gideros instances?
  • @pie, yes. It just goes to the existing open Gideros and won't open a second one. Don't know if it makes any difference, but I work on Mac.

Get ZeroBrane Studio, it allows you to open whatever files you like.

If you really want to use Gideros Studio, copy your old project into the new one in a folder called old. Then rename the source files like old_main, old_init, etc. Then add those files to your new project and you can open them in Gideros Studio alongside your new project files. Then when you no longer need them, just delete them.

ZeroBrane is the better option however ;)
