ios8 Admob in iOS ads not displayed on the screen

Hi folks, I finally got myself a mac and I'm newbie in this.

I'm trying to operate Ads Interface for IOS, I'm testing in the simulator.

It works perfect in the simulator with ios 7.1, setAlignment in center and bottom(Admob and Iad)

With ios8 not working properly, not displayed on the screen(Admob and Iad)

Any way to fix this?Has anyone been able to make it work properly?

And with Chartboost and Heyzap this error:

Any solution to Admob and Iad with IOS8?

With ios8 there are height and width mixed up and your ads are going out of bounds, thus they are not displayed.

Unfortunately I don't have ios8 device so can't really test it

Yes they should work quite similarly to device, as in same problem with orientation

That's the problem, I don't have one, cause I'm not updated to new xcode, cause my IOS license expired and I don't have anything to do with IOS anymore (as in I'm not publishing my apps on IOS market), sorry

Try to remove AdsCharboost.h file and add it again but mark "Copy if needed"

What have xcode installed? Do you work all right with your version of xcode installed, ios8 too?

I use Xcode 5, but my last Air Soccer game was approved recently on Apple Store. I suppose it works for iOS8 but I have built for iOS 6 as target.

This game has iAd banner and interstitials integrated, but I am having a 37% of fill rate so it works on some iOS device (I do not know with iOS 8) but not always showing ads. This is because of I will use another advertise network different when iAd is not available.

It could be that the problem with fill rate is that iOS devices are not using iOS 8, I do not know.

I use iAd/AdMob for ad banners and Chartboost for ad interstitials.

I didn't nothing special to solve the problem you say with iOS 8.
Maybe it's a problem of versions… I tell you the versions I've used:
XCode 5.1.1, target iOS 7.1

You mean target iOS 7.1 SDK or a deployment target 7.1 (options 4.3, 5.0, 5.1, 6.0, 6.1, 7.0, 7.1)?

The error mentioned above happens with Xcode6 and the iOS8 simulator.

SurpriseSdk is the sdk of Letang, we had a game with them.

I have only iAd advertise and I also use iOS 7.1 SDK and deployment target 5.0

The screenshots of Action Basket seems to show only Chartboost Ads. I will change all iAds for a different Ads network in all my games when iAd does not work.

May be it is only a filling problem too.

Yes, I use Admob/iAd banner at the bottom of the playing screen (first iAd, if it fails then I show Admob). As you see the banner it's not intrusive.

Then it seems a problem with low fill rate with iOS 8 and Xcode 5.1.1
The solution is to use two ads networks always.

@yubaro really don't know what suggest more. The error is not specific, and can be caused in multiple cases.
You reference library or framework that does not exist, or framework is damaged, etc.

If the same error happens even on empty project adding plugins from the start, then most probably framework is damaged and you should try downloading it from chartboost website:

I have the same problem but now with vungle.
@ar2rsawseen, do you have a link to download vungle sdk? Which version do you use? Current version is 3.0.11
