Basically it sounds like a Gideros inside IOS7

Actually most people seem to think it's more Cocos2D inside IOS7 (with particles )

I look at it from the Android perspective though.
You could develop on the IOS7, but then you would have to redevelop the same game on Android SDK.... double the work if you want to multiplatform... i still like the idea of code once and deploy on various platforms...
